My whole life I have loved and been surrounded by animals, therefore it was no surprise to anyone that I chose a profession with them – it seemed only natural. After graduating high school I began to volunteer at the SPCA and Katie’s Place, and in 2015 I graduated from the Veterinary Office & Animal Care program at Douglas College. Soon after I began working at Alouette Animal Hospital, first in reception and a year later in the treatment area as a Veterinary Assistant working closely with our doctors and technicians to provide the best care possible for your four-legged family members. I feel strongly about pets having a positive experience in our care, it is my hope that our patients are more than happy to visit us again. I have the pleasure of working alongside some wonderful folks, without them I truly couldn’t survive the emotional roller coaster that goes hand in hand with working at an animal hospital.
